  A great, friendly and professional team. Always willing to listen and share their advice. We bought our house from Howkins and Harrison in 2012. After getting to know Chris and liking his honesty and candid way of working, and Nicola who had the patience of a saint having showed us round the property three times, we didn't think twice about who to use when it came to selling it again after we'd finished the renovation in 2016. Their rates are competitive and we never felt under pressure or harassed to get things closed out to timescales that suited them, which sadly we have experienced several times in the past with other estate agents. We felt welcomed by the whole team whenever we went in to the office and when we decided to sell were really pleased to find out that Julie had joined the team from another agent which really complemented the great service we got from both Chris and Nicola. Can't recommend them highly enough.
